He was born in 1984 in Heybeliada, Istanbul. In 1999, he was admitted to the Naval High School and graduated in 2003. He then studied at the Naval Academy Command in the Department of Electrical and Electronics and successfully completed his education in 2007, after which he started his career at the Coast Guard Command.
